  6. It was approximately two years from the date Mar Sommers first appraised our house to the time we decided to sell. Our initial meeting was extremely informative, courteous and low key. His professional, personal touch was extended each year by making a new calendar to our home.

    When we decided to sell our house, we called Mr. Sommers, knowing that we would not be pressured or have our hopes inflated. We knew we were recruiting the aid of a "first class" operator.

    At all meetings, Mr. Sommers expressed himself in a very professional manner, which included speech as well as dress.
